Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. BALLÜ is currently available only for customers within Australia. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!
How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch your BALLÜ gear within 10 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package's journey.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
